Shipping, Refunds & Returns

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide. Standard delivery (3–7 business days) is calculated by parcel weight from $9.95, and is free on orders over $99. Express delivery (1–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional $7.00. Because every piece is printed to order, please allow up to 3 business days of production time before your order is dispatched.

Change of mind returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. To start a return, contact us with your order reference. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the customer's expense; a refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be issued once we receive the item back.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship it free of charge — no return shipping required. This is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, generally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Order cancellations

Because production starts shortly after your order is placed, we can only cancel or amend an order within a few hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
