2. Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities. Because every item is printed to order, stock levels shown on the site are indicative and may change between browsing and checkout.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider at checkout. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

4. Production & shipping

5. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including guarantees relating to acceptable quality and fitness for purpose.

6. Intellectual property

Product designs remain the intellectual property of Japandi Inspired or the credited independent designer. You may not reproduce, redistribute or 3D print our designs for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products is limited to the value of the relevant order.
